The competitor entry fee is $90 per\u00a0class and there are two ways to pay:<\/p>\n<ul>\n\t<li class=\"p1\">If you enter online, the entry fee must be paid via credit card, debit card, or PayPal upon submission.<\/li>\n\t<li class=\"p1\">If you mail in the entry form, the entry fee must be included and the only accepted method of payment is a money order made\u00a0payable to \u201cMuscle Best.\u201d<\/li>\n\t<li class=\"p1\">All entry fees are non-refundable.<\/li>\n\t<li class=\"p1\">Late entry fee of $40 will be applied to all entries received after October 9 (including walk-up entries on October 14).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\">If you decide to add a class after submitting your form, please email npcnortheast@gmail.com. You can also add a class at\u00a0check-in (cash only).<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">*Walk up entries are accepted on the day of the contest. Just show up at the athlete check-in (times below) prepared to pay the\u00a0entry fee, late fee, and purchase your 2017 NPC membership (or show proof if you have membership).<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"font-family: racon-basicbold; font-size: 14pt;\">DEFINITION OF DIVISIONS<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n\t<li class=\"p1\"><strong>OPEN:<\/strong> Eligible for all competitors of any age or experience,<\/li>\n\t<li class=\"p1\"><strong>NOVICE:<\/strong> If an athlete has never placed first in any class or age group in any NPC sanctioned contest then he\/she is eligible to\u00a0compete as a \u201cnovice.\u201d<\/li>\n\t<li class=\"p1\"><strong>TEEN:<\/strong> The competitor must be 16 years old or under to compete in the \u201cTeen A\u201d class; the competitor must be over 16 and under\u00a020 to compete in \u201cTeen B\u201d class.<\/li>\n\t<li class=\"p1\"><strong>JUNIOR:<\/strong> The competitor must be age 23 or under on the day of the contest.<\/li>\n\t<li class=\"p1\"><strong>MASTERS:<\/strong> The competitor must be at least the minimum age of the division on the day of the contest.\n<ul>\n\t<li class=\"p1\">You may enter multiple masters classes, for example: If you are 40 years old you may enter the 35 &amp; Over and the 40 &amp; Over.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<span style=\"font-family: racon-basicbold; font-size: 14pt;\">CROSSOVERS<\/span>\n<p class=\"p1\">You may compete in multiple classes (if eligible). This can be any combination of open, novice, masters, or teen (pending age).\u00a0<strong>Don\u2019t miss this opportunity for real stage experience!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"font-family: racon-basicbold; font-size: 14pt;\">CONTEST VENUE<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">The contest (pre-judging &amp; finals), check-in, and all meetings are held at:<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: left;\">Carrier Theater @ The Oncenter\n411 Montgomery St\nSyracuse, NY 13202<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"font-family: racon-basicbold; font-size: 14pt;\">ATHLETE CHECK-IN<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n\t<li class=\"p1\">CHECK-IN for all athletes opens at 8:00am sharp and will close at 10:00am!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<span style=\"font-family: racon-basicbold; font-size: 14pt;\">CHECK-IN GUIDELINES<\/span>\n<ul>\n\t<li>BODYBUILDERS: Competition suits MUST BE WORN TO WEIGH-IN!<\/li>\n\t<li>MASTERS &amp; TEEN competitors must show proof of age at check-in (driver\u2019s license, state-issued ID, passport, or birth certificate)<\/li>\n\t<li>BODYBUILDING, WOMEN\u2019S PHYSIQUE, &amp; MEN&#8217;S CLASSIC PHYSIQUE competitors must bring their posing music for finals. Bodybuilding, women\u2019s physique, and classic men&#8217;s physique music is limited to 60 seconds. Posing music MUST be on a\u00a0CD and be the only music on the CD. Any contestant using music containing PROFANITY will be immediately disqualified.<\/li>\n\t<li>Music will be collected at the check-in.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<span style=\"font-family: racon-basicbold; font-size: 14pt;\">POSING &amp; AWARDS<\/span>\n<p class=\"p1\"><strong>EVERY COMPETITOR will be introduced &amp; pose at the finals.<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n\t<li class=\"p1\">All bodybuilding, women\u2019s physique, and men&#8217;s classic physique competitors will perform a 60 second posing routine.<\/li>\n\t<li class=\"p1\">All figure, bikini, &amp; men\u2019s physique competitors will hit a front and back pose at center stage. Crossovers will only hit a front\u00a0pose the second (or third) time on stage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\">The top five athletes in each class from all divisions will be awarded trophies.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"font-family: racon-basicbold; font-size: 14pt;\">TICKETS<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">All spectators must purchase a ticket to enter. No free tickets are provided to competitors for trainers, friends, family, or otherwise.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"font-family: racon-basicbold; font-size: 14pt;\">BACKSTAGE\/TRAINER PASSES<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Backstage passes go on sale the morning of the contest.
